Lewis Collectables Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Lewis Collectables.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for change-of-mind purchases.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The item must be in the same condition it was received.
• All original packaging, seals, and accessories must be included.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Where applicable, we may offer:

• Replacement item
• Partial refund
• Full refund

For items that arrive damaged or where we have made an error, Lewis Collectables TCG will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Trading Cards

Individual trading cards may vary slightly in centering, print quality, or manufacturing condition. Please review all product photos carefully before purchasing.

Graded Cards

All graded cards are sold as described and pictured. Certification details are provided where applicable.

Sealed Products

Sealed products are sold as collectibles. Returns will only be accepted if the product remains unopened and in its original condition.

Refunds will not be provided based on pack, box, or case contents.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
