Lewis Collectables TCG Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lewis Collectables TCG.

We take pride in packaging collectibles safely and dispatching orders promptly.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.


Packaging

All trading cards are packaged with collector protection in mind.

Depending on the item purchased, cards may be shipped using:

  • Penny sleeves
  • Top loaders or card savers
  • Team bags
  • Protective cardboard reinforcement
  • Bubble mailers or shipping boxes

Sealed products and graded cards are packaged securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide.

Available shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Tracked Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products purchased and delivery location.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or GST charges
  • Clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided for orders purchased with a tracked shipping service.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress using the tracking information supplied.


Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

Lewis Collectables TCG is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be resent.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where tracking is available, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Claims for damaged items should include photographs of:

  • The item received
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping label
